OUR HISTORY
OF BUILDING
Krull Construction has been in business since 1968. Starting as a concrete and masonry contractor, the company has grown into a full-service general contractor with a self-performance division.
The Beginning
Krull Construction started in 1968 with 4 employees and performed concrete and masonry work. By the late 1980's Krull was performing large commercial projects for concrete foundations and floors with more than 30 employees. Krull also started a self-perform earthwork project, as part of a full package for the concrete project.
Present Day
By the 1990's Krull started to perform general contracting along with their concrete and earthwork division. Today after 50 years of building, Krull performs multi-million general contracting projects for institutional and commercial customers throughout southern Michigan. Some clients include University of Michigan, Sunbelt Rentals, Domino's Farms World Headquarters, Eastern Michigan University and multiple public school districts. The ability to self-perform earthwork, underground utilities and concrete allows us to build projects on budget and on schedule.
