General Building

Krull Construction is a full-service general contracting firm. We set ourselves apart from our competitors with our ability to self-perform parts of the construction process. We have performed numerous projects of varying size and complexity over the past thirty years. By performing work not only as a general contractor, but also a subcontractor, we have a better understanding of different aspects of the construction process. We find working with owners, architects, construction managers/general contractors and subcontractors easier based on our own experiences.

Design & Build

Design-Build is a construction method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. This one entity design-build manager holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk, from estimation, pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering and subcontracting. This entity, the design-build manages all contracts, subcontractors, equipment vendors and material providers, to complete the construction of the project for the owner. The design build will always be looking to provide the owner with quality services, cost and timely completion of projects.

Construction Management

When an owner is unsure of their building needs from design to costs or its complicated and/or phased project, they may use a Construction Manager approach. Construction Managers are a lot like facilitators. They help owner with pre-planning tasks such as design, budgets and hiring of an architect/engineer and soliciting subcontractors for pricing.By using the Construction Manager approach, it allows the owner to make changes needed for budgets or scope of work changes. Since the Construction Manager is facilitating between all parties they are able to give the owner the best possible outcome for their budget, schedules and safety.

Self Performance

We pride ourselves on our self-performance abilities and expertise. Self-performing areas include; site clearing, site utilities, grading, excavation, concrete foundations, concrete flatwork, masonry, and general carpentry.
