Our Safety Commitment

Krull Construction has a strong commitment to provide a safe jobsite with safe workers to produce the best quality product to every client. Our goal is to always strive to make every person on our construction team be a part of our commitment to safety.

All Krull Construction Employees maintain annual safety and environmental training certifications. Our commitment to safety is carried out in the actions of every construction team member and reinforced daily with continual communication and constant awareness.

Krull Construction has established and consistently maintained a thorough and complete safety program that is implemented from the beginning stages, through the completion of each construction project.

Certifications & Training

  • 30 Hour OSHA certification for all supervisors.
  • Annual lead and asbestos awareness.
  • Certifications in rigging, scaffolding, forklift operation, confined space, and others for all employee.
  • First aid and CPR certification for all supervisors and job site foremen.
  • Training and implementation of sillica exposure.

Onsite Communication

  • The use of daily huddles are used between all trades for daily organizational scheduling. This helps identify the day's goals and solve the potential challenges as a team.
  • Daily pre-task analysis planning for all construction activities to identify hazards and develop a plan to remediate.
  • Weekly jobsite tool box talks with foremen and all field personnel to address potential jobsite safety issues.
  • Onsite worker orientation prior to starting on any project.
  • Site specific and company safety plan.
  • Weekly and monthly safety inspections and support by the National Safety Resource Center.
